Launch List Terms
These terms apply when you sign in and join the GamesTik ES launch list.
Launch-list access
Joining the list records your interest. It does not purchase the game, create a paid subscription, guarantee availability or guarantee a specific release time. The current announced premiere is Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 12 PM Eastern Time (New York / Miami), and may be updated if operationally necessary.
Your information
You must provide an accurate TikTok username, country and an email account you control. You authorize GamesTik ES to store that information and your consent record and to send the confirmation and requested launch news. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to join this list. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age to consent to data processing, you must meet that age or have valid authorization from a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s contact information, attempt to disrupt the service or use automated tools to create fraudulent registrations. Access may be removed for abuse or security reasons.
Third-party services
Authentication providers, Discord, Cloudflare and Brevo operate under their own terms and privacy practices. GamesTik ES does not control the availability of those third-party services.
